It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to read some of these reports and know that the administration and board of trustees at City College of San Francisco weren’t doing their job. These bond audit reports date to 2008 and 2009 and clearly show the mismanagement of taxpayer funded Go Bonds.
Taxpayers beware. If the accreditation is lost, and the district goes under, the taxpayers remain accountable for the capital construction debts the district has incurred.
