1)  Measure AA will double college going enrollments & create higher income earnings.

2)  Measure AA will be spent as a 50-50 match with state educational bonds when available. *

3)  Measure AA project summary overview will:  A) Modernize/Upgrade/Repair the 50 year old SJ campus; B) Complete the 25 year old Menifee campus inlcuding athletic facilities; C) Construct a new Technology/STEM campus in Wildomar D)  Continue to build enrollments at satellite sites in Banning & Temecula to become state approved campus sites in the future. **

4)  Why Measure AA?

Because: Due to explosive growth in the Inland Empire and changing demographics, MSJC has one of the lowest college going rates in the state.  Changing this metric is critical for future economic growth, personal wealth and creating a higher tax base for services.

Because: An investment in college education translates directly to a more educated workforce able to attract quality employers.

Because: College education reduces poverty levels and the need for taxation for increased social services.

Because:  A college education in most every case produces a taxpayer, an investment that gives back.

*  State Educational Bond expected on 2016 Ballot.  Previous State Bonds have been allocated.

** State requires owned property for approved sites and 500 Full-time equivalent students.  Approved sites receive operational funding/growth allocation from the funding formula.
